By clicking on Add Mail Template the standard Envision email configuration window is opened (See Defining an Email Template)
Valid values for the From field are:
- A single CRM Domain Logon Name (domainname)
- A single ID of a valid entity: Account, Lead, Contact, Queue or User
Valid values for the To, CC and BCC fields are:
- A single CRM Domain Logon Name (domainname)
- A single ID of a valid entity: Account, Lead, Contact, Queue, User or Facility/Equipment
- A semicolon-separated list of IDs of any valid entity (Account, Lead, Contact, Queue or User)
